You can export a page, section, or an entire notebook if you need to give your notes to someone who doesn't have access to the notebook file.
Export Sections or Pages
On the File tab, click.
Press Export.
Press Export.
A page, a section, or the entire notebook can be exported. A page functions similarly to a section. You'll notice that a page and a section both have the same export file type.
Choose Page or Section.
Select a format for export.
Press Export.
Click Save after choosing a save location.
Go to the location where you saved the file.
Select a format for export.
Press Export.

Go to the location where you saved the file.
Open the document.
When the document opens, you can scroll down and see that it contains all of the meeting notes.

Put the file away.
Export Notebook
Now, the format options are a little different if you want to export the entire notebook.
To export a notebook, open it.
On the File tab, click.
Press Export.
Choose Notebook.
On the File tab, click.
Press Export.
Choose Notebook.
There are currently only three format choices. The first one is packaged so that OneNote can be used to open it again, and the second two let you open the notebook in a viewer other than OneNote.
Select a format for export.
Select Export.
Click Save after choosing a save location.
Select Export.
